- involve a specific start and end date and focus on set deliverables
- may require highly specialized work that requires a rare or unique skill or knowledge for a short period of time

Task and Solutions Professional services (Solution-based)
- The method of supply for Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) is for the provision of Non-Informatics Professional Services. This procurement avenue is for when requirements are not related to 1 or more specific tasks.
