- Examined best practices in the organization and governance of global aerospace clusters, and their relevance for a new DAIR Innovation Centre at Downsview Park.
- On the basis of an understanding of stakeholder needs, we’ve identified an ideal physical, operational and governance structure for the new DAIR Innovation Centre.
- Outlined a plan to advance the development of the DAIR Innovation Centre, including a concrete critical path for the next 12 months, and identify key risks to be managed, and next steps.
