The ecosystem map identifies key stakeholders in the province of British Colombia (BC) and the flows of money, people, information and resources between them, in light of BC’s recent establishment of a Digital Technology Supercluster. Special attention is paid to innovation and technology sector details, such as R&D spending and support and cross-border partnerships with global markets, identifying risks and opportunities and areas for improvement.
