Canada’s Research and Development Innovation Map captures the vast national ecosystem with the flows of money, people, information and resources between the major stakeholders to support decision making. Our most popular map, it is updated annually based on the federal budget and has been sold to many federal science-based departments and agencies, and even to the Prime Minister’s Office.
Our analysis of the budget was presented at the 2019 Research Money conference in Ottawa on April 16th. Delivered by David Watters, President and CEO, the presentation dug into new initiatives in the budget and looked at the implications for Canada’s innovation ecosystem as we move into an election cycle this 2019.
Global Advantage distills a 400+ page federal budget down to the most impactful information pertaining to innovation in a number of sectors that drive our national economy.
