The ecosystem map captures MaRS’ activities that facilitate innovation, collaboration, and technology commercialization, including support for entrepreneurship and high-growth companies, as well as alliances and partnerships with academic institutions, governments, the private sector, and other entrepreneurial and innovation networks in the Toronto region, nationally, and internationally. The map highlights how MaRS connects companies in key economic sectors (supply) to global markets and customers (demand), as well as how the key components of MaRS interact and function together.
